How long will it take for an item to reach me?

Normal shipping to metro areas on the East Coast and Central Australia is three business days. Perth can be up to five business days as can Northern Territory and Tasmania. Macron Music can not guarantee a time frame on freight but only provide a guide to normal delivery times. There is no guarantee on the amount of time freight takes to reach any given place in Australia. Public holidays and weekends are not included in normal delivery times.

Do you have a money back guarantee?

Your consumer rights are protected under the Competition and Consumer Act and similar laws. You are eligible for a refund or exchange if

  • the product has a problem that would have stopped you from buying the item had you known about it
  • is unsafe
  • is significantly different from the image or description
  • doesn’t do what we described in our product description

Due to the nature of our business it is not possible to offer a money back guarantee. We will refund any product that a customer feels doesn’t do what it was advertised to do or any product that arrives damaged or not working.

Can I try an item before I buy it?

Macron Music does  not offer a try before you buy program. But we do offer rent to buy!

If I get something and its the wrong item can I bring it back to the shop?

Before any returns to the shop or via mail you need to seek prior approval from Macron Music by either telephone, email or live chat.

Is my product covered by a warranty with Macron Music?

Macron Music does not offer a warranty on any product unless advertised. Under Australia Consumer Law we are required to adhere to the rules and regulations stated under the law. Our products have a minimum 12 month warranty unless otherwise stated and this warranty is between the consumer and the Australian Distributor of the given product. Macron Music is an agent that acts between the consumer and Australia Distributor. Some distributor policies differ and are out of the control of Macron Music. We will always endeavour to help any customer with any issue they may have with a product they purchase from us.

I put the wrong address in, how can I ensure my delivery reaches me?

If you enter any details incorrectly please contact the store immediately and we will rectify the issue. Leaving the issue for more that 24 hours will result in the item being shipped to the incorrect place. Macron Music can not be responsible for items that go missing  due to incorrect shipping information. The customer will be required to pay for any additional shipping if incorrect information is given in the transaction.

Is my item trackable?

All our shipping methods include tracking.

Is my item insured?

Unless you opt in for insurance your item is not insured by the freight carrier. Customer need to notify Macron Music within 7 days if a product is damaged in transit or DOA. That is not to say that if an item is damaged in transit that Macron Music will not assist the customer in achieving a fair and just outcome.

I’m not happy with my item. Who do I contact?

I received a delivery confirmation from the freight carrier but my item never showed up. What do I do?

You first need to contact the freight carrier who sent the confirmation and quote the connote number or tracking number . In the unlikely event that they cannot assist you please contact us.

I returned my item as per the returns policy but it never got to you. Who is responsible?

You are responsible for all return shipping. We recommend you use a reputable carrier with tracking to ensure there are no issues.

How will you notify me of my order being processed?

You will receive a confirmation email from the store as well as a confirmation of shipment from either TNT or Australia Post.

What are the applicable taxes?

GST applies to all our products.There are no additional taxes on any item we sell.
